Stride School of Business Infrastructure Explained: Inside a New-Age Business School

AIBBA CollegesNew Age BusinessInfrastructure

Business education is moving beyond the traditional model of lectures, notes and examinations. Students today need to work with AI, collaborate, build ideas and communicate. That requires more than a classroom. Students need a place where they can take what they learn and put it into practice.

At Stride School of Business, students learn in an environment designed around practical learning, collaboration and the use of AI. Across all campuses, these learning spaces are designed to support the same hands-on approach, giving students dedicated areas for collaboration, pitching, content creation, presentations and everyday classroom learning. Each space serves a different purpose and supports a different part of the student experience.

Here is a closer look at the infrastructure and how these spaces fit into the learning environment.

AI Launchpad

The AI Launchpad is the flagship build space at Stride School of Business. It has three spaces, the Collab Zone, Pitch Tank and Podcast Studio. Each has its own purpose and gives students a dedicated environment for different activities.

More importantly, the space reflects how business learning is changing. Students need opportunities to create, test and communicate ideas, rather than limiting their learning to lectures and assignments.

Collab Zone

The Collab Zone is designed around teamwork and shared problem-solving. It gives students a dedicated space to discuss ideas, research problems, divide responsibilities and work together on projects in a setting built for collaboration.

Working in a team involves more than simply sitting together. Students need to explain their thinking, listen to different perspectives, question assumptions and decide how to move forward. A different viewpoint can change the direction of an idea, while a discussion can help a team identify gaps that may have been missed while working individually.

This makes the space useful for developing communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills alongside project work. Students learn how to contribute their ideas, work through disagreements and understand how different perspectives can strengthen an outcome.

The Collab Zone gives students the room to work through ideas together, whether they are developing a project, exploring a business problem or figuring out how to turn an initial thought into something more meaningful.

Pitch Tank

The Pitch Tank provides a dedicated space for students to present their ideas and projects. It gives them an opportunity to explain a concept clearly and respond to questions from an audience.

Additionally, strong pitch requires students to understand the problem, explain their solution and communicate why their idea has value. Questions can also reveal gaps that may not have been obvious while developing the project.

This makes the Pitch Tank useful for building presentation and communication skills. Students can practise explaining their thinking, respond to feedback and become more confident when presenting ideas.

Podcast Studio

The Podcast Studio gives students a dedicated space to record podcasts, interviews, discussions and other forms of content. It provides a setting where ideas can be explored through conversation and turned into recorded content.

Students can host conversations with peers or guests, interview professionals, discuss business and entrepreneurship topics, or develop their own podcast episodes. This gives them a platform to explore subjects, share perspectives and engage with ideas beyond regular classroom discussions.

Creating a podcast also involves research, preparation and communication. Students need to understand a topic, prepare questions, structure the conversation and communicate their thoughts clearly while recording. It also gives them experience in listening, asking relevant questions and keeping a conversation engaging.

The studio reflects the growing role of content and communication in business today. Students get the opportunity to explore this format themselves while developing skills that are useful across presentations, interviews, discussions and professional communication.

AI Forum

The AI Forum is a dedicated space for demo days, guest lectures and student pitches. With tiered seating, it gives students an environment where projects, ideas and discussions are presented to a larger audience.

For business students, presenting ideas is an important part of learning. Whether they are showcasing a project or pitching a business concept, they need to explain their thinking clearly, make their case and respond to questions. The Forum gives them a setting to practise these skills in front of an audience.

During demo days and pitches, students also see how their peers approach different problems. They can listen to different ideas, understand different approaches and gain new perspectives from the work being presented.

The Forum also hosts guest faculty and industry practitioners for sessions and interactions with students. These sessions bring real business experiences into the learning environment and give students an opportunity to understand how professionals approach ideas, decisions and challenges.

Smart Classrooms

Smart Classrooms are tech-enabled learning spaces built for collaboration rather than rows of desks. They create a setting where daily learning involves regular interaction between students and faculty, along with discussion and participation.

The classrooms are designed to support interactive sessions, presentations, discussions and collaborative activities. Students have the space to ask questions, share their views and engage directly with faculty and peers during everyday learning.

This setup also makes it easier to bring different forms of classroom activity into a single session. Faculty can use digital resources and presentations to explain concepts, while students can participate, discuss ideas and work together during the class.

For a new-age business school, Smart Classrooms provide a more flexible environment for daily learning, giving students the space to communicate, participate and engage with faculty rather than simply sitting through lectures.

What a New-Age Business School Needs

The campus environment shapes how students learn and work. At Stride School of Business, dedicated spaces for collaboration, creation, presentations and discussions give students room to take an idea, work on it and see where it leads. AI is part of this experience, helping students explore ideas, create projects and approach business problems in different ways.

Over three years, these experiences give students a better understanding of how ideas move from discussion to execution. They learn to work with others, present their thinking, handle questions and take ownership of their work. This experience helps prepare them for the professional world, where they will need to think independently, work with people, adapt to new tools and turn ideas into action.
